I honestly believe they are purposely trying to distractions us soon we lose focus on who we are currently playing and give All our attention to the Gumps....let's not fall for it well still have other big games ahead....

The question is not about the voting.. It's about them saying it's not even close..

You got guys like Palmer and Dez saying right now they are mirrors of each other.. aka CLOSE.. and then you got ESPN guys saying it's not even close. They can GTFO.

Too early for this crazy talk. Bama beat a bad, bad, bad Arky team and a Mich team that was almost beat by the USAF Academy. LSU hasnt beat exactly world beaters either. We'll know more after 3 more wks of play.

And...i'll be anxious to see how Free Shoes U and UCLA do. Maybe the Domers too.

At this point it is hard to argue with that.

Jan. 9th i didn't think Bama was capable of beating the hell out of us but they did. Would I bet money on LSU beating bama by 21? Probably not a safe bet, but I think our players have a huge chip on their shoulder from last year to retaliate.

No they weren't just commenting on first place votes. He said Alabama was running laps around everyone else and a comment that he wasn't sure about LSU.

Whats funny is we will have to win that gane and the sec to get in, bama doesnt. Especially if oregon slips up somewhere. I have zero faith in any team not in the sec or pac 12.

Bama's run game is suspect. McCrappin is not good. Their secondary is a weakness we can now exploit to open up our dominant run game. Our defense is better than their's this year. Anything can happen.

I thought before the season began that Bama was the best team in the nation. However LSU beating them in Tiger Stadium wouldn't be that big of an upset. ESPN commentators get paid to do surface analysis and nothing more.

My issue with the way they cover it is that we didn't get the same type of respect last year, when we had a more difficult schedule than they've played to this point and it still carries over to this year.

For some reason, every time a question about LSU is asked, an answer is given about Alabama. They can't just talk about LSU, they always have to talk about LSU and Alabama. But we don't get the same type of mentions when they talk about Bama.

It's god damned annoying that ESPN gets to set the narrative for college football and even worse that it only involves washing Nick Saban's balls every day regardless of what the topic of conversation is.
