“If he doesn’t go”

That means they turn a double play and Tre is standing on 3B.

4. If I didn’t have such a shitty slide attempt I would have been safe

He ran into foul territory to get a throwing lane

Also, if he goes back to third, he potentially gets tagged out

Going on contact when the ball could be hit straight to you is a terrible decision to make.

Don't have a problem with any of your 3 points. The reason he was out was because he doesn't know how to slide at home on a play like that. That slide was borderline retarded.

It's a shame because he was locked in tonight hitting piss rockets. Hate it for Trey.

I’m sorry but if he slides wide right we score easily

He had to backhand it with his momentum going in the opposite direction of 2nd base.

He didn’t go immediately, that cost him. If he holds the bag there’s no way they get two. I doubt seriously they would have gotten Merrifield.

I dont think Tre was expecting a play at the plate, hence the late/terrible slide

shite happens, fortune wasnt on our side tonight

Cool.

Morgan should have still not hesitated, and should have never in 1,000,000 years slid into home straight up like a 10U player.

LSU played bad baseball today, and we lost because of it.

You forgot the part where he slowed up into home because he was anticipating contact

Ummm...I can't imagine that. That would almost be worse to assume that.

Did you watch the messed up catch the 3rd baseman made. I would have expected Tre to have stood there to hold the play.

Wrong. He was hugging the line short of the bag with momentum carrying toward the dugout. No way they turn two

Not this. The 3B was running toward the third base dugout and couldn't get enough on the throw to get it home without a hop. To think he could have stopped, planted and made a strong enough throw to second to start the double play is a stretch at best.

Lol this is where he made contact with the ball. He let his momentum go into foul territory to create a throwing lane.

He could have back handed this & made a strong throw to 2B

If anything should’ve stood as called. I didn’t see anything that confirmed that it was undoubtedly an out.
