No Thanks! He is not SEC quality nor a QB with a high level of confidence. He threw over 200 yards about four times in 13 of his starts. Let's be real. Again, no thanks!

While he had to deal with grossly inadequate talent at Purdue, nothing I saw from Etling in the games I watched him play in showed me anything of value.

Would rather have Jacob Park. Pretty mobile QB and has slightly better arm strength than Jennings.

Have to agree with you. We are one big SEC hit to Harris away from DISASTER! While I totally agree Harris needs to be our guy, and get the reps to be ready for the fall, we would be foolish to not be examining other options.

idk if you realize...Our two qbs only threw over 200 yards 4 times last year too...COMBINED....if this is a lateral move then no dont take him...if its an improvement take him...

Not saying take him...but DEFINITELY look at him. We're not in a position to not look at a QB at all. Now if he's not good enough, don't take him. But you have to look.

Um.
If AJ can't go, our depth is Harris + a pure freshman TOTAL PROJECT of a QB.
We need like 3 guys.
Frankly, the fact we have only 1 QB in next year's class on top of this shite is alarming. I know we are hoping to get more but damn, if we whiff, we got problems.
Miles has basically created ZERO room for QB recruiting error in the next 4 years which is crazy given the last several.
