I agree. Phillips is quick on his reads, reacts like lightning and is a monster in pass coverage. Best of all, he seems to be a leader on defense, giving signals and aligning his teammates. ...

Moses is better at covering his gap assignments and more disciplined while Gay is just let loose and watch out. Both like to hit and both have great upsides. Moses may be a better interior LB. I'd take either. Moses played much better competition, at least on the films posted on HUDL. ...
