Crazy to think we might have to go out and add a few more guys to the class at this point. Sanders I feel like will sign, Kiel will definitely sign. Norman - honestly who knows there.

If only 1 of those 3 leave, we are right at 35/35. If 2 leave we are at 34/35.

This is assuming we lose NO ONE else to transfer, etc...and you know we will.

I'm assuming he gave them a hint he would sign. That sucks considering he was suppose to play a big role in the pen this year and probably would have been our set up man next season

Are Cabrera or Storz expected to pitch any in college?

To the best of my knowledge, Storz is but Cabrera isn't.

Other guys in the class have two way potential as well, but will probably only be pitchers (Vietmeier and Schroer).

Welll Mccabe went juco to get to the draft quicker, and the Bama pitcher flipped on us to State. Still we have so many OOS commits that I don't think we would have gotten the haul realistically anyway

There was a recent article where CPM basically said if you are recruiting kids this late in the game they probably won't be the type of players that can get you to Omaha. He probably just add some extra walk ons and cut them loose next year after (hopefully) a big recruiting class

The bigger position recruits have been IF. Fontenot, Theriot, Hill, Bregman, Clay Harris, etc. Even Pontiff was supposedly offered a full ride or close by Tulane.

All the big OFs I can think of didn't come in as big prospects. Mitchell was a football player, Dean I think was supposed to pitch. Mahtook, Stevenson, etc weren't big names.

Chad was mostly an OF then when he left for spring practice and came back he was mostly a pitcher. That's how I remember it at least. He wasn't really pitching and playing OF simultaneously like some guys at other schools.
