I recently starting integrating BCAA's into my post workout routine. Havent seen any noticeable change in 6 months now
just I just throw my money down the drain on a fad?

never really taken them, find its fairly easy to get the necessary amount from your diet.

I take em but I mix em in my pre-workout. There's really no set time to take em. I notice a small difference but nothing major.

There's your problem
Take them pre or intra workout
Bcaas are also great to drink before and during fasted AM cardio
Post workout is kinda pointless (unless you're not consuming other protein during this time )

I use them but only because I don't want to train fasted

perfect application for them
Great during cutting phases to help protect muscle

The pre-workout I have has them in there and so does my post workout protein shake. The pre-workout makes me work out like an animal. I doubt it's the BCAA's though.

I take them during workout. I use a product of Evlution called BCAA energy.

Depends. If you're on a bulk then you don't really need them since you will get enough of the three main amino acids from the food you will eat, and usually protein powder has enough of leucine to be beneficial in the recovery process.
If you're on cut then yeah BCAA's can help maintain muscle mass while losing fat. During this period I like to drink BCAAs intra and a protein shake after.

They're crucial to take before a workout if you're lifting in a fasted state.

Yep lifting fasted or having them intra workout to slow fatigue is really the only use for them. Peptopro is much better for postworkout

I take them intraworkout, and usually fast for 5 hours post workout until lunch. (early morning workout)

If you're training fasted use them pre workout.
I don't really see any benefit taking them post workout if you're able to get in real food.

I've tried several BCAA supps but there's no scienctfic evidence that supports the so-called benefits they claim to provide. Take a serving of NO explode before and after your workout and you're good to go.

NO X-Plode post workout? What? Why?

Lol, no scientific evidence for bcaa but you're good to go on the sound principles of a post workout NOxplode scoop
