Backyard Baseball might also be my number one.

While this one has already actually been remade, I would love to see a reimagining of Majora's Mask with Breath of the Wild's engine. Termina lends itself very well to a non-linear adventure that Breath of the Wild did. Just add 4 more dungeons/lands, make it about the size of Skyrim's world, and you'd have a hell of a game.

Backyard Hockey - Nintendo DS
Backyard Baseball - Gameboy Advance, Gamecube, PS2, Wii, and even Xbox 360. 2015 they released one on the droid.
Backyard Basketball - PS2 and gameboy advance
Backyard Football - Same systems as baseball
Backyard Soccer - Made PS1 and droid

Beyond Good & Evil. Graphics don't even need to be improved on all that much, just make the camera controls not God awful. Only real painful thing when I revisit that game.
