Interesting. When we did it, we both just tasted wood and bitterness. It was also a side by side with regular Jeffersons Reserve. Wonder if that skewed our results.

I love the wording on the bottom of that Jefferson bottle. "Very Old, Very Small Batch" I don't know for some reason that makes me laugh

Yes on the GFiddich15

I also love Oban 14 and Balvenie 15.

Lagavulin 16 is really where it's at when you are ready for it.
