I should say...educated on bourbon does not equate to whiskey overall...the best is still distilled in Scotland. ..it is creeping up though like California is creeping up on France...but, not there yet...

Maybe it's just the Libretarian in me, but I feel each store has a right to sell/raffle/up charge as they please. The supply/demand will adjust the rates. I know how each store handles their allocation...those that reward loyalty, I spend a lot at on wine and give the salesman /manager rare bottle...
