I like to get my breath nice and stinky right off the bat while my wife rolls her eyes at me.

Smoked Gouda. That stuff is like hard butter and great on almost any type cracker.

Aged Gouda, that and some Brazil nuts and I'm a happy camper.

Port Salut is pretty damn good.
It’s like Swiss cheese and butter had a baby.
Paired with green apple slices for a bit of acidity is great.

I'm going with the gorgonzola and you left off Jarlsberg.

Better aged a bit more.
A Comte gran cru is damn good as well.

I usually go for the chevre to spread on some bread or a cracker with a piece of prosciutto or capicola. Of the ones you listed, I'd probably go for the camembert. I like the soft, spreadable cheeses best.
This guy gets it

Truffle Tremor Chevre is probably my favorite.

It'd be difficult to choose between brie, havarti, or smoked gouda

No love for flaky cheddar here? I can’t leave the store without it!

The Satori Kentucky Bourbon Bellavitano cheese I get at Kroger is by far the best cheese I've ever tasted. It's a standard purchase every grocery trip now.
