I can only narrow it down to 4.

Odells IPA
Odells Red
St. Arnolds Fancy Lawnmower after yard work.

Y'all need to branch out a little, hit up the Colandro's on Seigen.

For me it's either. Rouge XS Imperial IPA or the Sierra Nevada 30th Anniversary Grand Cru.

Guiness draft, but only if you get it in Ireland. It's an entirely different experience than getting one in the states.

I'm confused... All Guinness sold in the U.S. is bottled in Dublin, Ireland.

Is the experience of drinking Guinness in Ireland different than in the U.S.?

All beer is better closer to the source

And yes, I have a buddy that swears the Guiness he drank in Ireland was so much better than the bottled Guiness here.

I believe the quality control on the taps & tap lines is way better over there for the most part.

Plus I believe the stuff they send over here has some sort of pasteurization that they don't use there? Could be wrong on that...

Zane Lamprey made a similar assertion on his show "Three Sheets" when he visited Ireland.

Those two things shouldn't go together. Let it warm up 10-15 degrees next time, you should enjoy it even more.

Two things:
1. Guinness is better when fresh. Closer to the source is better.
2. Every bartender in ireland is trained how to "build a Guinness". That's what they call it, rather than pouring a Guinness. They put a little in the glass and let it sit. Then they add a little more and let it sit. They do this until the glass is full. When you order here, the bartender opens the tap, and when the glass overflows, they turn it off. A bartender in Ireland explained to me why they did it their way, but I was already shitfaced and don't remember much of what he said.
It really is a totally different tasting beer. I am only a moderate fan of Guinness here, but as I said, the Guinness in Ireland is without a doubt my favorite beer. It is creamy and rich and has none of the liquid licorice taste you get with the beer here.

The Irish told me that guinness doesnt travel well. We had it on the southwest coast of Ireland and I think it was the best beer I've ever had, including Germany and Holland. Some Irish are so adamant about it that they say at the brewery is even better
