Depends on what type of restaurant I would have.
It wouldn't be Table Kitchen and Bar no matter what the restaurant was.

I'm not the owner or in any way related. Just thought all the snark was not needed and doubted if anyone would come up with anything better.

You didn't ask people to rename that restaurant. I don't care for the name, though.

I don't see what the problem is.
It's no worse that Cotton or August or Peche

Choose a hypothetical type and concept then some name choices.

It's Friday. My brain doesn't care to think deeply about that right now, other than to say I'd pick one word or name with or without an apostrophe maybe followed by "restaurant" or "cafe" or "bistro", which is easy to pronounce and remember. Restaurants don't need to say "bar" unless they're promoting a reasonably sized bar room with bar food, perhaps.
I don't even see your point. The restaurant name is not a good one. Hopefully, it won't affect the success of the restaurant. I doubt it will if the restaurant is good. It's nice to know it has a table, a kitchen and a bar. Sounds like my house.

Cotton is in cotton country. it speaks to the location.
Peche related to fish and fishing. It speaks to the cuisine.
Don't know how the name August was chosen. Sounds like a name or maybe it opened that month. Easy to say and remember.

I can literally use your line of thinking for this restaurant as well. Table is no better or worse than Peche, cotton, or August
ETA: Hell, a very popular restaurant in Nola is called Tableau. You know, which is Picture

I've always threatened to open one called "Cliché" and just put really good versions of American classics.

Short of seeing the menu (which hasn't been released as far as I know) it's hard to lend a name to a restaurant. If you're going with a "farm to table" style then how about Farmer's Table. Table, feels more like a shallow attempt at being trendy.
