my pops raised me on Louisiana Hot Sauce .. still my favorite.

down here in Nola though I rarely see it in restaurants or poboy shops .. @ those places I always opt for Crystal over Tabasco.

Tabasco Chipotle as of late.
Keep Louisiana and Tabasco on hand at all times.

Crystal, Trappey's Red Bull....Tabasco only as part of my wing sauce.

Crystal makes and extra hot variety.... No need for Tabasco.

Louisiana and Cajun Chef are also very good.

Yucateco is ok. The problem with habenero based hot sauce is that they can be really bitter in addition to packing plenty of heat. I like their jalapeño sauce a lot.

For "Louisiana" hot sauce I like Cajun Chefs green sauce, Crystal Extra Hot and of course Louisiana Hot Sauce.

Cholula garlic is a strong choice as well. Valentina Extra Hot is also good.

I really like Krystal. It has a good taste to it and it's not set your mouth on fire hot.

I like both Crystal and Frank's. I don't think they taste the same at all.
