Grilled cheese, used Gruyere and put some saute onion and mushrooms in them. Also had a bowl of tomato basil soup with it.

Probably just going to grab a burger somewhere. Not a shrimp burger.

Two nice 2" NY strip steaks on a roaring hot green egg, nice homemade Caesar salad and a bottle of 2014 David Arthur Elevation with my wife on the back deck enjoying this glorious evening. Little early to pull the cork but I have several bottles and will let them go a few more years.

Enjoying a couple beers while getting the egg going.

Burnt roasted broccoli and leftover too dense meatloaf. Sometimes life works out that way. Mushroom aioli. Sort of.

I gave the mr the option of chicken or steak and he picked chicken. Baby girl requested asparagus.

I did eat the broccoli! I could've started over because there is plenty of broccoli in the fridge, but I'm trying to waste less food. And the burnt broccoli was better than the meatloaf!

Vegan pizza at my daughter's - followed by several ESBs at the nearby pub. Then a bacon, cheese, biscuit with loads of tabasco sauce at home.
