Decided to keep in freezer at Super Bowl party as there was plenty of food. Should be ready by tonight. I am very excited.

I made an after the boil bisque/soup. I'm having that and a bowl of last nights smoked duck and oyster gumbo. Others opted for last nights chopped brisket on white bread, and yet another went with last nights pulled pork with blue cheese slaw on Hawaiian rolls. I have enough leftovers to get by till next super bowl.

Used everthing left from a crawfish/ shrimp boil yesterday. Made a stock with some crawfish and shrimp shells. Chopped up the potatoes, mushrooms, carrots and decobbed the corn. Made a butter roux and sautéed an onion and a couple ribs of celery. Stirred in the stock then added all the other stuff. Added some crawfish tails then some shrimp and green onions at the end. Serve over rice. Nothing to it, but damn it's good.
