I've never eaten Ethiopian food, but I bought some Berbere seasoning from Penzeys. This is Berbere beef and mushrooms over cauli mash.

Simple Easy Thighs

This afternoon I seasoned ten pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs simply with sea salt and black pepper. Ten went on the Keg and the other fifteen went on the Traeger. The Keg thighs got a nice slathering of BBQ sauce and the other were just grilled plain.

The Keg Thighs

All of them done!

My meager plate tonight.

Simple but probably the best ever!
