Maque Choux corn, crab au gratin, and redfish on the half shell . A little boudin, salami and bleu cheese for apps. Shitload of good beer and wine to wash it down. Bananas Foster for dessert.

Sounds great. I'm going to grill a couple of filets. No beer for me. I drank enough to kill a baby whale yesterday on a fishing trip. Daddy's tired, real tired.
