Go read the history of the SOL. The designer had no place to store it. He "gave" it to the US to keep it from being scrapped. Regardless, the quote on the SOL is NOT the immigration policy of the US, nor should it be....

My MIL now lives with us. Big mistake. I now have an old woman stuck in her ways, a headstrong wife, and a 16 yr old daughter that constantly clash about EVERYTHING. Stress levels are maxed out, everyday. It may seem like a good idea, but it really isn't....
