Snowing outside. Here are the options for the lovely Lucy when she wakes up in 30 minutes:

1. Pasta and ground meat made today.
2. Dirty Rice made today.
3. Steamed broccoli and carrots leftover.

My guess is that she'll go for the dirty rice.
I'll eat the broccoli and give the carrots to the dogs. They love carrots. Especially after a big day of playing in the snow.

Leaving work in 45 seconds after a very rainy and chilly day. Anticipating a wet drive to Meridian.

Have no idea what dinner will be. Whatever the wife (MHNBPF) is making will be just fine by me.

I have diet Dr. Peppers chilled in the fridge for later and maybe 1/3 of the chocolate iced yellow cake she made the other day under glass on the sideboard in the dining room.

I took photos while she was baking that I need to post - maybe tonight.

The world needs more in-process photos of Yellow Cake and Chocolate Icing.

Girlfriend wants crawfish so we're probably going out. I'm really not hungry for them tonight though. May go with raw oysters or a shrimp poboy

Braised Chicken Thighs - Gonna add a little dijon to the reduced braising liquid for a mustard-thyme-garlic-lemon kind of deal.
Roasted Asparagus
Sauv Blanc

Was going to do stuffed artichokes since I bought some on sale, but I'll eat those tomorrow.
