Pork Tenderloin with veggies.

Made a little balsamic honey mustard that was desperately needed. Went well past medium this time.

BLT, heavy on the B, left off the L, with Dukes mayo on a big, fat onion roll. Wedge of smoked Gouda, dill pickle, Cape Cod sea salt and pepper chips. Thinking about a granny smith and cheddar for dessert.

Dude I'm surprised anyone from Louisiana would even consider going to a restaurant trying to pass off "Southern Jambalaya" for 21 bucks. Much less one with tomatoes in it.

And adding "Texas toast" to shrimp and grits?

Fried backstrap.

I dropped the first batch in the grease and realized that I was out of paper towels. Had to sneak into the youngins room and grab a few items to improvise with.
