Wife made fajitas.

My fajitas were steak with sautéed onions and bell peppers on top of black beans, topped with ketchup, and wrapped in flour tortillas.

pork loin with ginger ale marinade in my crock pot, cucumbers out of mom's garden, leftover baked beans and some knorr pasta from a bag (parmesan flavor).

Chicken Pad Thai and spring rolls. I cheated by buying the premade spring rolls from the asian counter at HEB, only needed a few.

sorry, glass. 10 extra minutes to make a fresh salsa is too long. plus the ketchup pairs nicely with the frozen Tyson chicken "with rib meat."

You didn't see that the fajitas were steak. Nice try though.
