Pork Chop and Hemp Pilaf
The hemp pilaf was tasty, but a bit dissappointing. The wife (mhnbpf) cooked it - her recipe - and I woofed it down. Sadly, I didn't even get a buzz.

First chicken and sausage gumbo. Uses a recipe from here. Need to get the roux darker and should have added okra. All in all, I’ll eat it again tomorrow. Pretty damn good. Sunset was awesome as well.

Smoked sausage and crawfish cream sauce. Put it over baked oysters last night. Tonight over fettuccine noodles with garlic bread and king cake.
