diced onions, diced jalapenos, an egg, a few panko breadcrumbs, seasoning of your choice, and cook in the skillet. Did them yesterday and they came out great.

I put in some Cavender's, Green Onion, an egg and some breadcrumbs. Be sure to not overcook them.

I just add a little L&P and cracked pepper to the ground turkey, cook it in a skillet, and melt some mozzarella on top. I like my turkey burgers simple.

Roasted red peppers and Cavender's greek seasoning, topped with either feta or provolone cheese, served with tzatziki.

I don't understand why people even eat turkey burgers. Does anyone actually like them as much as ground beef?

My belief is that they want to eat some protein and still reduce calories and fat.

Not everyone has a ballerina butt like some folks.

I love turkey burgers...I buy turkey mainly because it's often way cheaper than ground beef, and because I like the taste. My go-to turkey burger is 85/15 ground turkey (dark meat), liberally sprinkled w/Montreal spicy steak seasoning. The dill and coriander in the Montreal mix pair very nicely with turkey. Add a toasted bun, dijon mustard, a slice of gruyere, some arugula, and it's every damn bit as good as a beef burger.

Dale's, seasoned bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Top with turkey bacon, feta cheese, and avocado. Delicious!

When compared to 90% lean beef, the beef actually comes out ahead in nutrition, now if people were using ground turkey breast, that would be very different. Lots of people at my office love to brag about using ground turkey for everything, but the truth is if they used lean ground beef they would be doing better. I think they just like to hear themselves say they are eating turkey. If you eat it because it is cheaper or because you like the taste of it, go for it, but don't fool yourself into thinking it is better for you when compared to lean ground beef, want to do better get some ground buffalo

My thoughts exactly. Most people just assume ground turkey is healthier/less fatty. I also notice most people don't even buy the lean ground turkey. Regular ground turkey has like 30 grams of fat per serving.

There's still the argument of bird over mammalian meat. I'm not sure where I stand on that as I don't know enough about it, but humans handle red and white meat differently.

The ground turkey I eat has 130kcals and 3.5g fat per serving. (4 ounces). If I could get ground meat for that I'd be all for it
