I'm making a rootbeer glazed ham to bring to the in-laws where we will have turkey, yams, China balls, rice dressing and fat pie. I'm going to get my daughter to try out some of those yeast rolls Cajunate makes as well.

Does anyone have a stuffing recipe that could be categorized as "unique"? Odd question, I know, but I was charged with making it this year and I want to try something a little different.

Not a stuffing but more of a dressing....squash and andouille dressing in the TD cookbook. You can used regular smoked sausage if you don't have andouille.
