Per the Peche website. He is an owner and developed the restaurant concept, but I don't get the impression he works the Peche kitchen.
I agree, but he's a chef owner who is celebrated.

Can they get the Chef's table somewhere? Like Commander's?

Only if they're flying commercially...and clearly, they're not.
more impressed if they are packing around a top level chef.

They regularly fly to Paris or NYC or wherever to have dinner and then fly back the next morning.
this sounds like a no-win situation

Commander's ..... The times I have taken Foodie friends they were put off by the size of the place.
Oh for crying out loud. No wonder people hate "foodies"

I can't believe it took so long for someone to say Gautreau's.
That place is really impressive in terms of food.
In terms of overall experience, I was very wowed by Revolution. Great overall experience.
Peche would be a good lunch for them IMO.

Had the degustation menu at August during the weekend of LSU Ohio State Natty game. It was outstanding. I think it was around 10 courses or so. Have them check out the August menu to see if that interests them.
