Put a 4 lb Boston butt on the smoker at 8:20 this morning. Not exactly sure what I'm doing with it, but I'll have plenty of pork to work with

Smoking beef short ribs with some baked beans. Texas toast and grilled squash on the side. Guacamole and Rotel dip pre game .

Entree:
Entree of Elk burgers with all the fixins. I'm going to grill some corn and whip up a Mexican corn and black bean salad. I'll probably make some potato wedges to go along with it.
For snacks and pregame:
Elk sausage, smoked chicken wings, bacon wrapped dove (with cream cheese and jalapenos), some dips and salsas, and a cheese spread
I've got 3 growlers filled with: Real Ale - Rio Blanco, Austin Beer Works - Fire Eagle, and Shiner Bock. I'm hoping/expecting the other members of our party to bring some more beer and wine.
Should be a good game. Enjoy it with your family and friends everyone.

We are doing a potluck so not sure what everyone is bringing but I am making cheesy chicken spaghetti and will probably make guacamole as well.
