Smoking 3 slabs of ribs and grilling chicken leg quarters. Going to smoke chicken wings for appetizers along with other stuff that the wife makes. I stay out of that lane.

Nobody making Jambalaya down there? I'm making pochejp's recipe out here in Cali for a bar pot luck. The recipe is a winner, so I just have to not scrape burnt rice into it.

smoked wings, dips, mostly healthy stuff other than the wings. Baba Ganoush and meat with Tzatiki and stuff.

I've never once considered boiling crawfish as "work". It's more of a drinking game for me. How many beers can I down before its done.
