Think I'm gonna leave a vague "target goal" of around 200. I seem to be staying consistent at that weight, and currently my goals are more gym inclined with continuing to work on my strength. I'm thinking about just sticking to measurements/pictures as a main form of recording my progress and not keeping such a strict eye on the scale. I think I'm holding myself back because I'm afraid to eat more calories. We'll see how it goes, nothing too crazy though.

Yeah maybe the scale is doing more harm than good now Dodil.

227/210.0/185

Should break into the single digit 200's this week. Would be the first time in 3 years. My nearest term goal of 205 would be the least amount of weight since I've left high school. Haven't been this close in a while.

that's it

Apparently a week at an all inclusive resort eating great meals and drinking lots of fruity and sugary drinks all day is not the way to lose weight

Wednesday weigh-in

199/162/159

I also think it's about time to re-evaluate my goal, though it may be pretty unreasonable to worry with it until the beginning of the new year with all the holiday meals and travel wrecking my diet and workout schedule

I started my process 2 weeks before thanksgiving last year and lost consistently throughout the holidays. I figured if I could do that, I could get it off and keep it off.

The holidays are a long period, so it makes sense. However, there are always excuses, birthdays, anniversaries, 4th of July, football season, etc.

I'm not being critical of your thought process. Everyone is different. For me, the whole year is loaded with reasons to over indulge and I had to draw a line in the sand.

I will eat like a pig tomorrow, then back to the norm.

It's a thanksgiving miracle. Been eating pretty badly lately but decided to weigh in so I knew what I was before the feast today.

Failed miserably my goal for Thanksgiving.
Maybe I can blame it all on AD/King/Miles
