yeah, I worked my arse off yesterday. I've become accustomed to the fluctuations. I think it has a lot to do with water consumption and loss (i.e. I drink a shitload of water and sweat a LOT when active). I'll probably be 213-215 tomorrow.
I got down to 221 last week, but I think that was a combo of diet and being sick... I jumped right back up to 223 Wednesday, but I consider it a success that I haven't gained anymore because I've gotten sloppy a couple nights with fried foods and alcohol. I've been 223 like 4 days in a row.
