Birthday party weight coming off, just in time for his birthday dinner- hibachi.

I've pretty much given up on losing this week- kid's party this past Sunday (cake), wife's birthday on Monday (cupcakes), kids birthday dinner on Wednesday (hibachi and salt), wife's birthday party on Saturday (jamabalaya, meat pies, chicken tenders, king cake, booze). Right now I'm about a pound up, and if I can keep that, I'll be ok with this week. Next week is 1 more birthday, but it's a 1 time dinner and i should be able to eat a salad or something.

My jeans fit looser already, so I got that going for me.

Ok, slow day at work.

I've never checked into this thread.

Anyone save me 2 days of reading with a brief description to bring me up to speed?
#/#/#?

TIA

some do daily, some do weekly or even just every once in a while.

also, we need your height and age for context

So I go to lunch today only to find that my lunch drawer at work was empty (I keep a stock pile of my nutrisystem lunches in there). Ran out to chick-fil-a to grab some nuggets since it's about the lowest calorie thing I can find at a fast food joint, and apparently they've changed up their menu in the last 9 months and now do grilled nuggets as an option for their non-kids meal stuff. 150 calories instead of 240 on the 8 count which is almost exactly what my normal lunch item on nutrisystem is.

I was just messing with my buddy R2R.

Thanks for the welcome. I could afford to lose a few lbs., maybe I can get a few ideas here.

Thanks man, I appreciate that. Hulk has been a big inspiration for me as well in this thing.

I have every intention of finding out what it's like to actually be fit. I don't care if it takes me another year to pull it off. I've spent the first 30 years of my life being a fatass...I'd like to enjoy another 30 of being fit and happy...frick fat and happy.
