Hello again guys.
Looks like I'm back at it.
A couple years ago, I lost about 50 lbs, down to 237 from 287. Well, over the last 20 months, I "re-fatted" to the tune of 53 pounds, and reached an all time high of 290.
I have a 21 hour trip to Australia in June, and don't want to be "that guy". Last April, I went to Europe at about 265, and it sucked. Very uncomfortable (Well, it really didn't suck, it was an awesome trip
Anyway, back at it. First month will be basically starvation. Less than 1000 calories a day; fast on Saturdays, except for maybe coffee or diet coke or something. I eat mostly vegetables, and fish or egg substitute 2 or 3 times a week.
Weighed 290 on Jan. 1. SO:
I would like to reach 220 by June 1. Jan: -20; Feb: -20; March: -10; April: -10; May: -10.
