I've never tried low carb, I know Hulk was doing it awhile an it worked, but I like bread and eat me a peanut butter sandwich or toast in morning.

If you can handle carbs, stick with healthy ones. Personally, I find that I struggle to lose weight when I eat carbs. Even if I don't eat much.

Well, it wasn't a great weekend for the 'ol diet. Had my cheat meal Saturday, and left my lunch at home Sunday so I had more jambalaya. But it'll be fine.

I may be able to handle them because of amount of cardio i do

I don't eat a lot of white bread anymore just wheat but my peanut butter sandwich is a gimme twice a week.

Put on a little over the weekend. I ate clean yesterday but at more calories than usual. And I didn't work out yesterday so that could be why.
Great workout this morning though.

I do a low carb. Not necessarily on purpose. But I avoid pretty much all bread. Don't really do any rice. I'll do some grains and oats and what not. But most of my carbs are all healthy carbs.
I really love the high protein aspect of my diet.

Hit the 40 pound mark officially this morning. Feels good, man!

Going to hit the gym this week to add in some cardio to the mix instead of just dieting. I'm hoping with the addition of the cardio that maybe I can bust in to the 260's by next monday. I think that may be a bit of a tall order, but we'll see.

another pound bites the dust!! I am doing so good. Ate a few bites of ice cream yesterday. Tasted chemically and weird. Made a smoothie instead

That was me. Hubs didn't sign out of his account obviously. I probably posted all over the food board as him.

Down 15 pounds since May. Which with my health problems and no ability to exercise is no small accomplishment. YAY!!

Work forced me to miss my morning workout but I was able to go yesterday evening. I'd much rather the gym at 5am than 6pm.
About to leave for Lake Charles for today. Will catch the gym there before having to be at work for 10.
My main goal is to be as lean and have as little body fat (non bodybuilder like) by Labor Day weekend. Going on a Vegas trip Keeping the diet pretty clean but starting Monday for the final 2 weeks I'll be super clean. Let's see how it goes.
