I had 5 good days so far this week and 1 bad day. That 1 bad day sent the old scale soaring and it is refusing to move down as fast as it moves up.
I know LE loves to mock the water gains, but I didn't eat 45,000 calories on Tuesday. Not possible to gain 9 pounds of fat, but it is possible to hang on to 9 pounds of water.
Based on the number of trips up the hallway today, I do think that 9 pounds finally decided to move on.
I'm trying to psyche myself up for a 20 mile ride on the bike tonight. I did 16.5 Wednesday night. I need a good ride tonight and tomorrow to make up for the 3 days I took off this week.
Only had 10.2 miles in my legs tonight.
