ETA: Going to Ruffino's for my anniversary tonight,so it may not be much progress tomorrow. I usually do pretty good there though.

I just hope they don't have shrimp corndogs as an app tonight.

Good Monday.

Disastrous Tuesday.

The horror.....the horror....

Redeemed Wednesday. I didn't touch any of the daube, veal cutlets, garlic bread or poboys.

Just finished 16.5 miles on the bike.

I stayed at 258 after the anniversary dinner at Ruffinos, but just barely.

I can not figure out why I am stuck between this 201 to 204 range. Would having sore muscles cause me to hold extra water weight? The running plan keeps increasing distance and a faster or harder speed work. Diet has been around 1,500 calories/day. Could it be that I am just at a plateau? Any thoughts?

As long as you have a water, no fires, and eat almost nothing else for the day... I dont see the problem.

BK fries suck, he should get them from McDonald's, and then a frosty from Wendy's. I also just remembered that BR has a DQ. Tough choice on dessert.

I didn't want one until you detailed the ingredients.
