I'm surprised I only surrendered 1. Given I am a zillion pounds over my low.

I need to have 30 days of hell to try and get back to where I was this time last year. I don't want to end the year heavier than last year.

The Office Weight Loss Competition starts up again January 1, so CASH MONEY will give me extra incentive to get back to my low.

T-giving weight is already gone. In fact I am lower this morning that last Monday.

I think I am a bit dehydrated so I wouldn't be surprised if I bounce back up a bit tomorrow.

One more good week and I might be willing to post my disastrous weight gain.

Looks like I'll find out in about 10 days if I get a spot to run in the Boston Marathon. I need the next 10 days to fly by...

Yesterday's weight was a guess and I figure I guessed under a bit. I'm trying to start counting calories again today. My goal is 1500-1800. It sucks knowing exactly what I need to do to lose weight and the only thing stopping me is my lack of willpower.

yes, I want to get to 220, but I'm leaving my first goal of 250 as is until I get there. That was my goal since the very beginning nearly 2 years ago, and even though I know I'll have another 30 or so to lose, I will get to feel what it's like to hit a goal.

Hulk, you have come a long way and you efforts to get where you want are inspiring. You should leave your goal as is so you can get that feeling of when you hit that mark. Good luck on the last few and beyond.
