These post race Miller lites are going down too easy. Might not be able to eat today

Ran 8:30 pace which isn't bad for not running ever. Not sure how people do it. I got awfully bored. Just going to stick to playing basketball.

Not sure if anyone cares but I've lost 85 pounds in the past year and the FAQ on Reddit's loseit subreddit was pretty helpful for me ... that and MyFitnessPal, which I see is already linked in the OP.

Yeah I'm not trying to come across as pushing any diets, which is why on the first page I posted about linking other diets. Hell, I don't "agree" with lsu777 on everything but you don't see me arguing much about it. It's why I bolded the "added sugar" part of my previous post.

He's just mad I threw out links to back up what I said.

Avoided cheats at a friend's party last night. Today, going to uptown nola.. Hoping to avoid cheats again. Maybe will allow myself a Bourbon or two. Gotta make up for all of those beers I had on vacation

that's awesome. And of course we care. Though there's a big group of us ketards, I know I personally maintain that there are many ways to diet successfully. Keto just happened to be the easiest/most sustainable for me.

Gonna have to get a shopping list and go get some food for the week.

After being lazy on my diet the last two weeks I see a change on the scale this morning. No Bueno.

Yeah. Listen to Bus.

I crashed and burned 2 or 3 times trying to get started on Keto. Got keto flu both times.

Finally did it right the last time and it was easy.

What's up guys, pumped I found this thread and I'm ready to hop in.

My fitness has been slacking since I got off active duty in the USMC a year ago. I am still in the reserves and training for a new unit and I need to get my arse back into shape.

Goals are to increase strength and overall endurance.

I'll definitely have enough water no worries there. My body doesn't really respond to any food too much. It's strange. We'll see how it goes though. I normally don't have a large intake of carbs.

Bus,

Have you ever figured out how to fix some of the oddities in PapaTua's keto progress tracker?

The projection #s are all wonky. The graphing is correct, and the "Projected weight based on current data' seems accurate, but the other projects are way off.
