Just rub it in, why dont ya?

Also, 5 Michelob Ultras would be 475 calories, while 5 Parish Envies would be around 900 calories. Big difference depending on what you like to drink. Saturday I had 5 SN Torpedos and 2 glasses of champagne, which was about 1500 cals, but drank that over about 5 hours and barely felt above buzzed.. there in lies a whole other problem.. prolonged drinking. Then I'm just taking in empty calories and not even getting drunk.

About 20 hours into the fast.

Starting to get all kinds of hungry. No idea what I'm eating to break this thing. Need to find something healthy to get, but I don't have time to cook tonight.

Well liking to drink it is a bit of a stretch, but after the first one Im over it. I will say that if I know Im going to have a few, I definitely cut calories and carbs somewhere else.

Friday weigh in. Still seeing a pretty steady loss and I'm relatively satisfied. Pants are getting looser every week.

I'm on a pretty steady diet of smoked chicken wings with either buffalo or sugar free BBQ sauce, sausage, bacon and eggs, dry roasted edamame, and spinach salads. Also made a pretty phenomenal broccoli chicken casserole for the first time that I think will become a staple in my diet.

24 hour fast wasn't too bad yesterday.

Going for another one today until around 7. Breaking it with some good whiskey and Fogo de Chao.

It'll be my first time there. I am pretty excited.

Hold your ground. Don't be distracted by the chicken and weak offerings they start you with.

Request filet, ribeye, lamb chops. They don't always circulate those unless you ask. Picanha prime sirloin is really good as well.

Yeah I've always passed on the chicken and such at Texas de

Probably go with a similar strategy.

Fogo was pretty solid. I put down a good bit of red meat and lamb. They probably got tired of me requesting filet, but oh well.

Fasting all day today again until tonight.

When I started back on Keto last week I forgot that Sloss Fest was this weekend. I didn't go crazy, but had about 3-4 24oz beers on Saturday and Sunday and enjoyed some other good food throughout the weekend. First time at a music festival and it was really fun. A lot of great local food and food trucks as well as The Pig (Piggly Wiggly) having a beer station set up with probably 15 different kegs of mostly local craft beer. It was pretty awesome.

I'm pretty sure I sweat out more calories than I consumed this weekend though

SO i come to the F&D to confess...

I have went crazy the last 2 weeks with vacation and the july 4th holiday and my wife being in the hospital for a few days. I jumped on the scale sunday and weighed in at a cool 200. So a 16lbs weight jump in about 2.5 weeks.

So i am back on the pain train as of sunday. I am doing whole 30 but following the macro and calorie concepts of the get shredded diet. so right now I am doing 2000 cals at 55%/35%/10% F/P/C

Also started the 6 weeks to superhero program. I am splitting the sessions up though doing the first star circuit in the morning and the second in the afternoon. After 3 or 4 rounds of the cicruits I am burnt. I also have been adding in 200 meter rows after each round. Also doing amrap in 5 min for chin ups at the start of each session and adding in back thickness/bicep days on tuesday and friday with saturday being an off day.

Gonna start adding in ab ripper X after the afternoon session also and possibly some yoga on the 3 non circuit days. We shall see on the yoga though.

The workout is kicking my arse. Its not really a workout that can be done at a commercial gym unless its empty but its a bad arse workout overall especially if you are doing like me and essentially doing zero rest between each exercise. I do active rest(walking) between rounds for about 2-3 mins. I honestly just try to start a new round every 9 minutes.

Goal is to stick to this very strictly having a cheat meal with just fruit and potatoes(but way over 10% carbs for day) every 14 days.

For body comp the goal is to lose 25lbs in 8 weeks, this would put me below 10%bf which was the goal when I started. So far so good, I will weigh in on sunday, but i know I lost a bit already as I can take my rings off again lol.

Just trying to keep my head down. This weekend was the SO's birthday so I had to navigate the diet around that. It wasn't 100% on point, but I stayed below my 1900 calories all but Monday, but only went over by 120, and was under 1800 calories yesterday so that should even those days out.

That said, I did have bourbon and a couple of beers throughout Sun and Mon. I fit it all into my daily calories but I'm sure there will be some effects still because booze.

Weigh in day is Friday, and I'm trying to not weigh in until then.

Haha. Probably. I'm not helping contribute. I've been eating lower carb, but not tracking anything. It's just kinda luck that it's working.
