Grilled chicken breasts and sliced it thin over spinach. A few blue cheese crumbles and some vinagrette, tomatoes, cucumbers, and diced red onion.

Trying to implement some more of what Perricone promised.

Fixing Dad

I thought this documentary was very interesting. It is about these brothers who change their father's lifestyle habits to reverse Type II diabetes. It is a UK doc.

What's everyone meal prepping for this week?

I want to prep everything tonight, but not sure what to get besides chicken.

Any recipes would be helpful.

Planned it out and cooked yesterday.

Proteins:
-Leftover chicken thighs and drumsticks from end of last week
-Leftover pork chop
-Boiled eggs

Carbs:
-Field peas w/ham hocks
-Sweet potatoes
-Grits
-Oatmeal

Veggies/Fruits:
-Brussel sprouts
-Cucumbers
-Broccoli
-Cantaloupe
-Baby carrots
-Bananas

Snacks:
-Baba ganoush
-Red lentil dip
-Oikos Triple Zero yogurt
-Plain greek yogurt
-Baked white cheddar popcorn chips
-Rice cakes (mostly for the SO, I don't care for them too much)
-Halo top ice cream

Will need to cook more meat and veggies Wednesday.. probably boneless, skinless chicken thighs and cauliflower. I don't really do recipes, just kinda come up with stuff. Sometimes I look through recipes for inspirations then make my own version.

I've got healthy course meals for lunch all week that include pretty small portions of chicken/asparagus/green beans.

Just trying to figure out what to cook for dinner all week.

215/212/200

Jumped up 6 pounds since last weigh in (about a month ago).

Feeling good though. Might be the muscle I've put on. Or it's the beer that I started drinking again.

Either way back to vodka water until the end of September.

Today's official weigh in day, but I've been stepping on the scale every day this week.

306/279.3/220

Hovered around upper 278s to mid 279s most of this week. I've been good all week, except for the one Envie I had yesterday. Hopefully should see some more weight come off soon.

Been moving all week and wasn't able to cook.

But still 227/200/185 so I'm happy with this week.
