I'm weighing in after a pot of coffee each time.
I don't have a scale at my house that works. The battery is dead. I hate buying batteries.
22 pounds since January 27th. My goal is to get at, or around, 200 lbs by July 27th.
Aug. 8th will be 20 yrs since I finished Marine boot at 188-189. Not sure that's gonna happen, but being in the ball park was my goal when I decided I was tired of lugging around a spare tire.

How many calories are you keto baws eating per day. Seems like a lot with all the wings and steaks .

Well all I ate was the steak and some water. No sides. I've been getting around 1700 calories.

Forgot yall were doing IF. When I was doing it I did a six hour window after the gym from 6 until midnight. I would literally have to force myself to eat something to get to my allotted calories.

This is my problem as well. I told myself yesterday I was not going to drink until my birthday at the end of May.....Then I split a couple bottles of wine with my wife.

I typically do 16 hour fasts, eat from 12-8pm. Today I am trying to navigate my way through a 24-hour fast. Last time I did a 24-hour fast it was easy for me. This time I've been fighting a lot of hunger, not sure what the difference is.
Viewing it as a challenge, trying to gain control over myself. One of the problems I face with my eating is that typically as soon as I get any hunger at all, I want to eat. This helps me overcome that and reinforce to my subconscience that just because I'm a little hungry doesn't mean I need to eat right away.

Y'all know I'm a Zapps Hotter'n hot fan, but sometimes I sit around thinking about a fried soft shell crab poboy, or a seafood platter.
Cravings are mental now with keto and IF. I never act on them, and I plan my cheats for beer on the weekends. A fried pile of anything would wreck my system. Badly

Brah, this fasting thing is pretty easy. Find myself going well over 16 hours without eating. Although food is losing it's appeal to me a lot of times.
