Honestly I don't know... guess I haven't paid that much attention. Have just seen her brought up several times over several months. I guess I honestly took it as you had an honest attraction to the girl and wanted to get to know her. Sorry if I didn't know that it was all a complete joke and it's all made up..... I'll move along

I got Friend Zoned about month and half ago and it became stalking after that, that is the joke. But most importantly you don't hit on girl during a workout its bad karma/tacky. Or that's what someone said.

I never really understand why he's in here at all, dude is like tiny, and pretty unforgiving about people who have something to lose, so reading a weight loss thread is something I don't get, but whatever.

As of this mornings weigh in I'm down another five, so 35 and some change all together. My proteins are getting kind of repetitive, I need to shake it up some

I have ate turkey all weekend

I am going back to my pbj for lunch this week. I need to get more protein also.

I'm getting plenty of protein, just need to spice up the prep a bit I think. I've just been grilling chicken thighs, pork ribs, sausage and steaks once a week, which isn't bad, but it's getting a little boring,

HUGELY BIGLY EXCITING NEWS

After 2 weeks of ignoring her she came by initiating the convo. I even tried to cut short but she kept asking questions.

But more importantly I increased weight on all sets today

Had an accident last night, cracked a rib and have contusions on my right knee and elbow. Guess I'm not lifting for a couple weeks. Bed rest only till at least Monday.

Wasn't a car accident. Was up in my attic to see why my air conditioner was not working. Lost my footing. Foot went through ceiling and i landed on my back on a rafter. That's where I cracked a rib. I'm glad the adrenaline held off the pain long enough to get out of the attic

Yeah. Just wanted to see if it was frozen up.

I have done lots in my attic. Run coax drops, installed an antenna, etc. Usually really careful about footing. shite happens. At least I get Percocet
