Finally the scale is where I expect it to be this morning. Down 4 pounds in two days.. I wasn't drinking much water so started pounding it the last couple of days... Gotta be the difference

I do not pre prep anything but I always have the same lunch
PBJ on wheat. I take it to the school, but it in lounge and I am good. It also keeps me from going off the rails for lunch since May like what got others on our challenge that started me on this thread.

If you prep before hand or know what you will get and not just snap decision, it will be beneficial IMO.

Good luck with this.

I think I'm going to go with Keto.

Though I am scared of the Keto flu.

Magnesium and salt. Take lots of it in for the first week. Helps.

Add a multi vitamin and a ton of water the first few days, you should be fine.
Your cardio will suffer for a bit, you'll feel zapped for energy, but that's just temporary, once you're fat adapted youll get your energy back.

Good luck! The headaches sucked for me, but I would feel fantastic after the first few days.

Never legs before? Ever? Daaamn. You'll be sore for awhile.

Something is going on with one of my knees. Ughh. I've been ignoring, hoping it would go away, but the pain persists. I'm going to be sad if it impedes playing tennis. Getting old & falling apart sucks.

My quads are sore as sin today and it hurts to get up, but once I move I am good. I am going to have to ride the stationary I think after leg day or hydromassage.

Today is a chest and tri day and possibly stalking.

Are y'all dating yet or are you just still trying to cross paths or whatever?
