Anyway, I did leg day yesterday and my quads feel sore today. But they are not as bad as the 1st time I did them. I probably will only ride a stationary for 20 minutes today and do some ab work.

Take dat!!!!

But I just logged in my Cals and yikes I am already at 1700 for the day, but that crème filled long john was so damn worth it (along with a 20 oz coke) I try to stay below 1500. I guess I will go over, but still ride my stationary, so not a total loss.

Went 23 minutes today on stationary

Most of the bloat from the ER trip and pain meds seems to be gone. Weighed in over 2 pounds lighter on my average than I did the week before. More macros!

I'm up to:
2520 cals
175g protein
84g fat
266g carb

This cold is kicking my butt. I am going to stay away again from the gym. It feels as if I have a hangover (I guess that is what they feel like).

Any idea why the calories differ on the spreadsheet from MFP?

MFP entries round up/down typically, or are even wrong. All of the entries are from users so it can be wrong.

Just follow the macros, don't worry much about the calories in MFP.

You can do it either way, but solely tracking calories has a some drawbacks, mostly minor:

1) More room for inconsistency/error
2) If you aren't tracking your protein and not getting enough protein, you won't spare as much muscle.

Calorie counts can be misleading a lot of times. Companies are allowed to round or subtract because of fiber, etc

A pint of halo Top birthday cake is labeled as 280 calories on the pint but is actually like 376 calories

Start mixing Walden's Farms flavored syrups and chocolate sauce into your protein shakes. It's awesome. Got their strawberry syrup and it's not very good for pancakes/waffles but awesome as a strawberry flavoring in a protein shake.
