1)Get your TDEE from a calculator online.
2)subtract 500 from YOUR TDEE
3)Log all of your food.
4)Eat 1g of protein per pound of lean body mass.
5)Get 25g fiber in per day minimum.
6)The rest of your calories are flexible. Eat what you like, but make it fit your calories.
7)If you're not losing after 2 weeks, drop your calories by 100. Only drop carbs and fat. Primarily carbs.
8)Lose weight without feeling so restricted.

I am back. This has to be the last time! Any advice for staying on the wagon?
Yes, here's the easiest way, stay connected, stay accountable, it helps so much more than you think it will. That being said, welcome back, now don't leave.

What were you doing last time you attempted to lose weight?
Gotta track. Unless you are combining keto and intermittent fasting it's way too easy to overeat and not realize it.
I can't recommend Avatar Nutrition enough. 10 bucks a month very well spent.

Yep get in avatar and stay in this thread or h&f board. And you are going to have to weigh and track. Eventually you will get to where you just know and only track once or twice a week but until then, you need to weigh.

Well I did track and excercise. And was sucessfull. Twice. Got down just below 2 bills. But then went back to my old ways. :-(

Honestly, that's probably a mental thing more than anything. When you relate losing to a diet or restriction then you tend to think of it as a temporary thing, you need to get to a plan that you can see being a way of life for you, lose what you want and then stay in a maintence for the rest of the foreseeable future.
The reason I chose keto is that for me it feels like the most easily maintainable loss plan for my particular lifestyle, that may adapt in the coming years a little as I get to where I want to be and as my goals change, but it won't be a thing that I feel like will totally go away, because it's not a "diet" that I'm on, it's just the way I eat now.

Thank you, it feels better some today. I think it is just the god awful technique or trying to much weight.
Good news got on the scale and was down to 177.6
March 1 208
June 20 177.6
Lets just hope my "motivational scenery" is there today.
