You're doing it wrong if you're not getting the deep dish. From what everyone in this thread has led me to believe. I haven't actually been

with a 4k Budget I would get the following

Rogue
RML-690 Power Rack
Rogue Ohio Bar
Rogue Adjustable Bench
Matador dip bar
Adjustable monolift
X-43 Multi Grip Crossmember
Wooden Gymnastics rings

Rep Fitness
Rep Hex plate set-275lbs
Rep Hex Plate -45lbs Pair
Rep Stainless Steel Power Bar(for use outside the rack like shoulder presses etc.)

this would give you the ability to do pretty much all the barbell lifts.

Thanks, I remembered you had an extensive home gym and figured you had some great input. I am def doing buying up the equipment in the next few months.

Isn't it pretty much a hand tossed pie?

I don't remember anything there resembling NY style pizza.

According to their website, they have NY style and Chicago. Wouldn't even occur to me to get NY style there when good deep dish is so uncommon here.

There NY style pizza is premade crust that resembles cardboard. Has the little holes poked in it. I've never threw pizza away until I ate there's. $30 down the drain it was terrible

I had both.

Just hadn't realized that's what they were calling it.

It wasn't anywhere near a NY style crust. More like a dominos hand tossed.

Any of you guys doing strict keto (or when you were strict with it) notice an upswing in muscle cramps? For me mostly my feet, and arms. Definitely going to need to find some better potassium sources I guess.

I seem to remember that. Especially with any kind of exertion. It's been awhile since I was strict, so my recollection is hazy.

How many push-ups can you do? Lol. I guess I've sort of assumed that apart from my badass FBI friend, most women can't do many. Gonna fix that. 've started doing modified push ups to build up to real ones. My arms are sore.

You need more water, and more salt. Maybe more magnesium also. Itd be a good idea to make a big bone broth and drink a cup a day. Fatty and full of salt and magnesium. Fixes up the cramping and great for staving of the keto flu during induction.

Back to it today guys. Went pretty yolo the last couple of days.. but no more weddings this year. In knew May was going to be a tough month for my waistline. Have a conference in Vegas in a few weeks that'll be tough to navigate, but I'm bringing a bunch of protein bars and stuff to help.

35 at one time is my record, but I'm a fat kid, don't judge by me.
I'm best at sit-ups, for whatever reason.
Some of the ab centered stuff still hurts my neck since the accident, anything that requires holding my head a few inches off the ground basically, so I usually do sit-ups in the place of those.

Damn!! 35 is impressive! On most push up tests I've seen, women our age are supposed to be able to do like 20-25 modified/knee push ups, so you're way above average in upper body strength.

cramping is common with strict keto. Need to up the water intake and make sure you're supplementing magnesium and potassium. Get a chelated form of magnesium pill, and this is your best bet for potassium. Just put 1 tsp in a little bit of water and shoot it down. It won't taste pleasant.
