I exploded my carbs today because I wanted a coke and angel hair pasta

But I did free weights and for first time ever did an inclined bench

Did a tri chest back and some paloff presses workout

Somewhat accomplished

I never been a free weight person felt embarrassed to do them as not throwing up tons of metal like the OG's. But they have let me go by grab a bench or a weight.

Just the two OG who sit around wait 5 mins between sets and drink gallon jugs have said something negative like "let us lift first" or try the TRX station

But still can't stripe a Nitro

But I guess i will whine about that on the Golf Board

Still not sure I'm doing this right?

My workout today was:
3x15 tri push on assist dip
3x 10 cable rows
3x 10 TRX Chest Press
3x 10 Lat pull downs
2x 10 behind lat pull down
3x 10 Rope tricep pulldowns
3x 10 incline bench barbell
3x 10 Dumbbell rows (each arm)
3x 10 shoulder press
3x 10 Pallof Press (each side)

Tomorrow I think it will be Cardio Abs and biceps

I guess some activity is better than none

I bet you had a great workout with the extra carbs. My session yesterday was amazing after eating a lot this weekend.

313/215.6/200

so decided last night to jump on board with the avatar nutrition. It's time to get my shite together again, for real. First weigh in this morning is a nice and carb bloated weigh in. That should dip back down to 210 in the next few days.

You should incorporate a running routine. I'm doing 35 miles a week.

I don't know if 35 miles a week is going to work or not.

I wouldn't mind a running routine at all. I'm still recovering from my fractured foot (5th metatarsal). The few times I've attempted to jog have been okay, but I wasn't striking the ground normally which made me nervous. Maybe I just need to get out there again and see if it's all in my head.

I'd be lucky to get in 10 miles per week

First IF week was a success. Down 9 lbs and I didn't change what I was eating at all. This week I've been working on making healthier choices though

Welcome to the dark side

Seriously, I know you have a lot of struggles with binge eating.. I think Avatar/flexible dieting can help you overcome that. I think a lot of binge eating stems from a)deep caloric and/or dietary restriction and b)poor relationship with food or c)mental issues that one should seek a professional about.

I think the majority of minor bingers fall into A and B.. I know I do. I think opening the mind and getting rid of the notion of "good" and "bad" food can help overcome that problem, and if you are eating too little it will advise a reverse. If it suggests a reverse, you should do it.

my binge eating typically comes from getting stoned and decided to have cookies delivered to me on the weekend which leads to saying frick it, had carbs lets do pizza now.

my bigger issue is that I'll seem to get hyper-focused for about 2 months and then stop doing what was working for 6 months and be lazy.

I will blow my sugars out today

Olive Garden just delivered Spaghetti Dinners for all the teachers with Cannoli for a snack

But it is end of school year and I am still going to go workout on bike today though.

to Sugars and Carbs for the next couple days. I will though be under 1750 KCals though and probably under 1500 net KCals for the day.

So, real question regarding my macro's on here:

Calories: 1800
Protein: 216
Fat: 80
Carbs: 54

all my macro's in the past have been based around keto. This protein amount seems absurdly high for everything I'm used to doing. I just ate lunch and I'm basically going to have to go home and eat nothing but chicken breast and hot sauce tonight for dinner as I've already hit 84g of fat for the day.

That just seems really low to me...when I did the initial setup I slid my food preferences all the way to the fat side vs carb side. Should I just steal from carbs to give to fat?

It's not really designed for keto so the macros it gives are gonna be way different than you're used to. So if you want to stay keto then yes.

Tweaked my low back in deadlifts tonight. Damnit. I think I need to switch to sumo. Sumo has always been more comfortable for me, but I can lift a lot more with a conventional DL. I also am tired, had to do some overnight work last night.. probably should've backed off a little bit. Oh well... doesn't seem serious, probably just pulled a muscle.
