Amazing how fast weight comes off when you cut out "diet" cokes.

The one thing I forgot to do was weigh myself maybe I can go to our gym and do it.

Breakfast: Banana and 16 oz water

Lunch: 2 cutie Tangerines, banana, and 20 oz water

Do have a question for some, as I stated earlier goal is to lose weight as each pound is a dollar to the local food pantry.

My question is can I make a frozen drink just of cuties and bananas in a blender? OR do I need to add milk? If I add milk will it affect my goal of shredding weight?

Yeah I just did this in combination with starting back low carb... its crazy. But here's the thing... I broke down and had a Diet Coke fountain drink the other day (first one in about a month) and the rest of the day I was so hungry! I had this horrible, hollow empty feeling in my stomach, worse than just normal hunger. No other change to my diet other than that, no increase over my normal physical activity, but I was STARVING! I think that's why I gain weight when I drink those regularly...

Oops, regressed a little. Guess the artichoke fritter from Rouses had more carbs than I thought. But boy it was tasty. Also cheated and had a Diet Coke, maybe it wasn't the fritters fault

Last time I posted I think was before I really got going on the 'wild' diet.

206/183/180. My goal was 185 and I hit it, so now just going in 5 pound increments b/c why not. Could still lose 10 or so more without too much problems so figure I'll go for it

That a boy net, if you are going to do it, do it big.

So I promised an update today for when my cut ended. This will be my only post during lent so please feel free to trash me when I am gone.

So ended the cut at 183 before my carb manipulation which put me at 185 in the picture. Calipers say 12.5% bf which should be decently close when I compare my dexa scan from last august. Overall went from 212 to 183 from mid nov until march 4th. So not bad. Gained 4 lbs of muscle(down 1.5lbs since end of January) and lost a total of 33 lbs of fat so pretty crazy results but for much of that I was doing lunch incline walks and sometimes morning on top of lifting 3 nights a week. Didn't lose any strength, in fact gained quite a bit in squats and incline db press and of course the bodyweight lifts. Shoulder press was the one I barely progressed on but I did progress.

Over this I have learned that as good as the rapid fatloss protocol is, a true strict fat fast with fats at 90% of cals at 1200 or so kcals is way better. Key word is strict. Also a true fat fast is much much much harder than the rfl to stick to. In fact for more than 5-6 days it's almost impossible, 10 days seems like 1000 and I never made it that far before breaking.

Gonna do a six week lean bulk lean gains style but big calorie and carbs swings then fat fast during reload week. Then lean bulk Keto for 4 weeks then cut for 10 hardcore. Hoping to end up at 185 @8% bf for my vacation in mid July. Anyways see y'all in 38 days I believe.

Keep this shite going man. That's awesome. I've been doing Keto since September without a single cheat. Not a single meal. And let me tell you - it's so damn worth it. You're going to be in the best shape of your life in no time. I was wearing XXL shirts and a 42 inch waist in pants size in October of 2016. Right now, I'm wearing large shirts comfortably, and in a 34 pants size, and I can see abs and veins I've never seen before. Keep up the hard work.

Thanks baw. The scale says 189.6 this morning. That's a 5 lb drop in week one. I know you always drop more the first week but feels good to be south of 190. I'm gunning for 179.
