Actually, I just remember I tried some Nathan's Mustard that I found for cheap at Big Lots and it was excellent!

I don't have a favorite but currently I have nineteen between my pantry and refrigerater all different and some homemade.
It is very easy to make and as many different types as you can think of. Whole Foods has the different seeds and I use different vinegars, wine, beer, horseradish, peppers, dill, rosemary, turmeric etc...
Soak seeds in vinegar or whatever liquid over night, then blend well and add whatever else, refrigerate for about three days before you use.
Homemade mustard is bitter which is why it needs to rest a few days to tone it down. Turmeric is to make it yellow. Google and get started. Cheap too.

Inglehoffers is very good. German style heavy on the seeds. Zatarains is also very good, but I really, really like Inglehoffers

Zatarain's Creole Mustard is good--really tangy, but it has large seeds.
For a smoother (smaller seed) brown mustard, Gulden's is fine. Trader Joe's also has one similar in texture that is pretty good.
