Grill Hogdogs and hamburgers for your night.

Pro tip:

Spiral slice the hotdogs for a gourmet effect. I shouldn't have to tell you hormel no beans chili.

Get a couple loaves of French bread
Several pounds of a good deli roast beef....shaved
Provolone cheese
Onions and bell peppers

Sauté onions and bell peppers and add to the sandwich. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bread is slightly toasted. Slice and enjoy. You could even get a couple of packets of au jus and prepare.

Cook a whole ribeye then slice and serve with baked potatoes and a salad. A whole ribeye will feed that many if you slice it like prime rib. Make an au jus gravy to pour over both. Use a mix if you have to and add the roasting juices. Wash potatoes well, rub skins with oil or butter and bake in 350-375 oven for about an hour.

Pretty easy.

Sack of Krystal's.

Ground deer spaghetti is cheap and easy. 3-4lbs should do it. Cheat and buy 2-3 j/ars of sauce. Brown meat, add diced onion, mushrooms and bell pepper, add sauce over the top and simmer. Boil 2-3 big boxes of noodles. Have shredded Parmesan and mozzarella to top. Bake 3 or 4 loaves of Coles garlic bread and make a big arse salad.

Rotisserie chicken salad

4 rotisserie chickens from Publix or wherever pick off the bones and dice or chop as you like it. Chill

6 or 8 stalks of celery, chopped coarse or fine (your preference)

one medium chopped onion if you like it (we don't use onion in our chicken salad)

2 large jars of sweet gherkin pickles coarse chopped.

2 cups Hellman's Mayo

Optional - 1 1/2 cups of copped walnuts or chopped pecans

Optional - 1 - 2 cups halved or quartered seedless red grapes

mix and chill should make enough for 18-20 big sandwiches.

Serve with Kettle chips.

Pulled pork in the oven. I cook one every year at the beach and leave a bag in refrigerator for sandwiches. Cook it overnight and wake up to house of delicious pork aroma.

Get a seafood market to steam some shrimp. Boil some corn. Make a salad. Buy some baguettes. Done.

Or bbq shrimp with the same sides or just a salad and bread.

bbq shrimp is easy. Use a recipe that's baked and do it with a few large foil roasters. You may have to give it a stir during cooking.

We usually boil a bunch of shrimp one night for dinner and use the leftovers to make a big arse pasta salad. Shrimp, Red bell peppers, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil, EVOO, and some balsamic makes a killer combo. Let it sit in the fridge and allow the flavors to meld. Pack it in small containers and bring it to the beach for lunch. It's nice to have something cool for dinner sometimes. A brisket or pork shoulder is also an easy way to feed a bunch of people, plus you have lots of options for the leftovers (sandwiches, tacos, enchiladas, nachos, etc)
