re: French drain / property law question - hoghunter on 3/29/16 at 9:07 pm
If it caused a problem it wouldn't result in something as drastic as flooding. Just standing water. Correct me if I'm wrong but the proper place to put a French drain is in the low spot? Both of our homes have good slope away from the house to the low spot between us. The low spot is the prope...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
re: French drain / property law question - hoghunter on 3/29/16 at 8:55 pm
Definitely don't want to create a problem. They are good neighbors. Just acting old at the moment. In regards to me cutting and connecting to his line, I've already guaranteed him that if my line causes any issue I will immediately disconnect and repair his line. This is at no risk to him. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)

He's aware of my problem. We've just hit a snag in regards to him agreeing to allow me to tap into his line. He "just doesn't think it's a good idea" and that "I should run another line here". Here not being the low spot between our homes, instead here being on my property so I don't have to bother ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (3)
French drain / property law question - hoghunter on 3/29/16 at 8:07 pm

Once the pipe leaves the backyard and continues in the side yard, the "low spot" on the property is the property line. (Zero lot line home. About 20' between houses). My neighbor already ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (13)

re: LSU O-line vs Ole Miss D-line: weight difference: - hoghunter on 10/23/14 at 9:10 pm
They gained about 60-70 of those rushing yards on one drive.
49 yards on 8 carries. The rest of the game resulted in 36 carries for 119 yards. 3.3 ypr The idea that Alabama rushed the ball at will against Ole Miss is just absurd. Bama saw something on the left side and exp...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
Any team committed to the run will score points on OM.
Wrong. It will take balance and an excellent quarterback in order to sustain drives and be able to put up multiple scores on the Ole Miss defense. In regards to the running game, during the bye week, defensive coordinator Dave...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

The best part of this week is
Tigerinthehollow
embarrassing himself in every thread that mentions Ole Miss. I told you last night. Just give it time. You'll hit a growth spurt by the time you're 16 and be just as tall as everyone else. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
