Brussels sprouts for me as well. Just started eating them in the last couple of years. I can't say I didn't like them because I don't remember eating them growing up.

Now I seldom roast a chicken that isn't perched atop a bed of them.

I have just started liking greens the last couple years. Just retried beets for the first time since childhood recently and love them.

I love Brussel Sprouts that have been roasted, grilled, or boiled with crawfish, but they give me bad gas

As for stuff I've found myself liking recently, spinach.

Beer.

I found it absolutely repulsive when my Dad would offer me a taste. Couldn't figure out how people even drank that stuff.

When I was about 4 I couldn't figure out why I loved green beans sometimes and hated them other times.

I finally figured out that sometimes the green beans were asparagus.

Like it now.

Sour Cream. I have always hated mayo with a passion and it looked so similar to me that I would never try it. About 2 years ago I finally gave it a go and now I love it. Still wont eat Mayo though.

When I was a kid, sides for some meals would include a can of asparagus. I hated that shite, and thus never ate them as I got older.

Then about 5 years ago, I realized what asparagus taste like when bought fresh and grilled or placed in the oven.
